We’re pleased to announce that we are soon to begin an exciting Community Needs Assessment project, which will consult local young people and families about their needs and ask them what they think about local youth services.
‘Your Community, Your Voice’ will be published Autumn 2016, displaying a summary of the results we gain from interviewing and surveying the local community. Between May-August 2016, we will run focus groups, online polls, drop-in events and workshops to ask young people, families, teachers and other professionals about the needs of the community of North Leatherhead, and how local youth services can respond. We believe that giving local people a voice is vital to ensuring our services really meet the needs of those we serve, and we’re excited about engaging with our community to hear what they think.
We are currently seeking support from a local sponsor towards some of the costs of producing the report, which will be launched at an event in Autumn and will be distributed to local families, schools community groups.

Your donation will go straight into helping us run projects for local young people.
An example of how your donation will help...
£20 covers a 5-A-Day healthy eating session at BFree.
£50 covers our football equipment for a term of Total Football.
£100 pays for 6 one-to-one sessions between a youth worker and young person.
We are always looking for volunteers who can help us with the work we do.
Suitable volunteers will need to be able to relate young people and build positive relationships with them. Please contact us for a role description and to talk more about this if you are interested in volunteering.Get in touch
